Kelm Grass Hockey League | return
The Kelm Grass Hockey League (KGHL) is a semi-professional grass hockey league formed in MAY25 by AJ's Publishing. Each team is required to have a venue and follow roster requirements for official matches. The KGHL grants prize money each season for reaching the finals and winning the tournament. This money is raised through the selling of sports cards.
Rosters
The league has an ongoing draft for new players. Teams pick in the order that they joined the league. If a team passes on a new player, they have rights to the next available draftee. Draft picks are required to play for the team that drafts them for the remainder of the year unless they are traded or refuse to play in matches involving them. Players can willingly choose to sign a contract with a secondary team. But if both teams they are on play each other, their primary team has rights to them for the game. All contracts last for 1 season, including the finals. If a contract involves pay, the pay must be per game played. If a contract is not renewed by the next season, the player becomes a free agent. Players can be traded during the season, but can't be traded during the finals.
