Joke Place was a city-state governed by Donovan Radway, though the historical accuracy of its name is doubtful. It consisted of the yard, driveway, and basement. Most of its population was the result of the occasional basketball or wiffle ball game as well as commerical and military traffic between the regions of Jonesland and Zuave. Commercial and industrial activity in the city itself was virtually non-existent. Joke Place also took part in the Battle of Cana and Kelm on the side of Cana. It was close allies with Cana, Ducktown, and Depp's Place.
