During the City era, some locations were designated as neutral territories. These locations could not be claimed or were not settled at the time. Some designated territories later became cities and vice versa. At residences with cities there were often many smaller designated territories that participants would access but rarely start cities on.

Territories

Name	Notes
Braune/Quinn residence	This was adjacent to the Smith residence and was usually a territory. It is possible that a small city was temporarily established here.
Greenland	A local schoolyard that was designated as either a territory or a city at different times.
Nature Hill	A local park that was designated as either a territory or a city at different times.
Radway residence	Was occasionally used for basketball, combat, and wiffle ball. It is possible that there was a small city temporarily established here.
