Broseph Alley is a road in Chelm and the first road in the Eternal City era. Use in the game began in December 2024, but it wasn't sanctioned until January 2025 when it was named. Use outside of the game dates back to at least 2023 when Lisa Hammerbeck would sell treats to kids from the gazebo.
