Fred Taylor was a participant during the City Era. He was not very active in the early years of the era but became a regular participant later on, probably around 1992. He was most active in the Jonesland region. He was one of the few participants to play at the New Jonesland region in 1996.
Fred was usually a business partner with Scottie Smith but often conducted business with a variety of participants. Chief Scottie promoted him to the Chief of Police in Kelm's capital city when Scottie was planning the Missing Money Plot in order to have an incompetent Police Chief to increase the chances of getting away with the crime.
Fred played sports for the R.O.K. Reds and R.O.K. Bombers. Though he was a below average athlete for his age, he performed relatively well due to being one of the older kids in the game.
Fred Taylor briefly ruled a distant country outside of the neighborhood with a forgotten name, as he lived on the other side of town. This country would have seen almost no activity except for when Scottie Smith visited him. However, it was usually Fred visiting Scottie. Most of the country's cities would have been at the Taylor residence, but territory at Park Lawn Elementary School was also probably claimed by him. At one point in the country's existence, he embarrassingly married his little sister, making her the only known first lady in the history of the game. Scottie Smith was reluctantly present for the wedding ceremony, which took place under a table in a city that existed in the basement of the Taylor residence.
