Karl Marksman was a participant during the City Era. He was known as the most shrewd businessman of the era. He established a strong business partnership with Greg Smith as well as the city-state of Divince. Being a good friend with both Scottie Smith and Greg Smith, he played sports for both the R.O.K. Bombers and the Cana Cannons.
