The Arithian zernon was the official currency of the Socialist Republic of Arith. Its official symbol was Z with a vertical stripe, but the symbol Ƶ is often used digitally. The currency experienced inflation early in its existence due to manipulation by the Kelm Currency Exchange. The Arithian zernon was considered a stable currency and has seen use outside of Snowvania in the Whitman Park region. The last zernon notes feature anti-counterfeiting measures. The currency was still used for many months after the dissolution of the Socialist Republic of Arith.
