The Republic of Kelm, also known as R.O.K., was a country based in the Jonesland region, though it held various territories elsewhere. The R.O.K. was founded by Scottie Smith in 1989. The R.O.K. was the most influential country from its start until its dissolution in 1996. The main rival of R.O.K. was Woodland, which resulted in the Great Woodland War. Its main allies were Boboron, Shakala, Divince, Cana, Usa, and Depp's Place. In 2023, several of its former cities were integrated into the Chiefdom of Kelm.
