Usa was an early city of the game. Usa was an independent city-state in the mid-1990s. At times, it might have been part of the Republic of Kelm. Usa had considerable economic activity despite its small size. It was claimed by Evershire on 04JUL23 until its region was no longer virtually accessible on 04JUN24. In the tabletop game Neighborhood Conflict Usa is known as Uzah and it now goes by that name.
