The original name of Saint J is not known. It received its current name from the 2018 tabletop game Neighborhood Conflict. It is unknown who founded the city. It may have been a part of a forgotten temporary country founded by Chris Smith but was probably usually a part of the Republic of Kelm until it was abandoned. During the City era, it saw relatively substantial economic activity but was better known for holding esports events. On 04JUL23 it was claimed by Evershire until its region was no longer virtually accessible on 04JUN24.
