Kelm | return
Kelm, originally known as Rome, and also known as Duke, was the first city in the game. It was the capital of the Republic of Kelm during most of the country's existence and was the political and economic powerhouse of the game during the City era. It was incorporated into the Chiefdom of Kelm on 08JUN23 until virtual access to its region ceased on 04JUN24.
