Joke Place was a short-lived city-state governed by Donovan Radway, with possible limited sovereignty. The historical accuracy of the name is doubtful. It is unknown if the city was located at the Radway residence or possibly granted to Donovan by Jake Peterson somewhere within the Peterson residence. There is a small possibility that both scenarios happened.
