High Hill, originally High Hills, is one of the first cities in the game. High Hill actually only occupied a single small incline rather than several high hills as the name would suggest. High Hills was a strong industrial and commercial centre during the City Era and would even rarely host wiffle ball and football games between the crab apple tree and the incline. It was claimed by the Chiefdom of Kelm on 08JUN23 until its region was no longer virtually accessible on 04JUN24.
