Eloise Town was originally known as Shakala. Shakala is where the infamous basketball match between the Shakala Sonics and R.O.K. Bombers took place when the Bombers defeated the Sonics despite having 1/3 the players. After being abandoned around 1995 Shakala was virtually claimed and renamed by Eloise McCall on 14SEP23. Eloise Town was an independent city-state from 14SEP23 to 05OCT23 when it was then incorporated into the country of Eloise Land until its region was no longer virtually accessible.

Flag
Shakala had no flag during the City era. On 04JUL23 Chief Sebastian designed a flag for Shakala as he originally planned to claim it for the Realm of the Divinitas. When Eloise the NPC claimed Shakala she kept the flag designed by Chief Sebastian.
