Delm, possibly also known interchangeably as Duke or Rome, was one of the first cities in the game. It was usually a part of the Republic of Kelm, but it is possible that it was briefly part of Chris Smith's country referred to as the Kingdom of J. If this is true, it is unknown if the city was originally part of Chris Smith's country or the Republic of Kelm. Its name in this scenario would also be unknown. Regardless, Delm was bustling with economic activity throughout most of the City Era. From June 2023 to June 2024, it was virtually accessible and under sovereignty of the Chiefdom of Kelm.
